What we sell

Downloadable digital 3D model files (STL/3MF/ZIP) for 3D printing. These are digital goods, not physical products. We may also, separately, print a model for you through our 3D printing service.

License

Each purchase grants the personal-use license set out on our license page. You may print the model for your own personal use; you may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-license, or re-upload the files, or sell physical prints of them. All intellectual-property rights in the files remain with 3D Lab Bali.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are payable in full at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Xendit, via its hosted checkout (supporting Indonesian payment methods and cards). Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.

Delivery

After payment we email a secure, time-limited download link to the address you provide. Links expire 15 minutes after they are issued and allow up to 5 downloads. You are responsible for entering a correct email address; check your spam folder, and contact us for a free re-send if needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the files in any way prohibited by the license, including reselling, sharing, hosting, or redistributing them or prints made from them.

Disclaimer

Files are provided "as is". 3D printing results depend on your own printer, material, and settings, which are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for print outcomes or indirect or consequential losses.

Refunds

Digital goods are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bali.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with the "last updated" date.
