What we collect

• Information you give us at checkout: your name, email address, and optionally WhatsApp number and country.
• Order and license records (what you bought, order/license numbers, amounts).
• Limited technical data for security and abuse prevention, including the time and IP address of file downloads.

How we use it

To process your payment, deliver your files, issue your license, provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse of download links. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Payment data

We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider, Xendit, under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with: Xendit (payment processing), Resend (sending your order/download email), and Cloudflare (hosting, database, and file storage). These providers process data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies: one remembering your language preference and one remembering your light/dark theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there are no buyer accounts.

Retention

We keep order and license records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Download links are short-lived and expire automatically.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@3dlab.co.id. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy; the current version is published here with the "last updated" date.
