Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for digital files bought from 3D Lab Models, operated by PT. ART WORKSHOP BALI, Perum Gading Kencana No.SH-10, Jimbaran, Bali 80361, Indonesia. Because our products are instant digital downloads, they are generally non-refundable — but we will always make a genuine problem right.
General rule
Digital model files are delivered immediately by download link and are final sale / non-refundable once the link has been issued.
When we will refund or fix it
We will issue a refund or provide a working file if:
- you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount;
- you did not receive your file and we are unable to deliver it to you; or
- the file is genuinely corrupt or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Not covered
Change of mind after downloading; not having a compatible printer or the skills to print; finding the model elsewhere; or simply no longer wanting the file. (Entering the wrong email is not a reason for refund — contact us and we will re-send to the correct address.)
How to request
Email hello@3dlab.co.id within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the problem.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Xendit. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
